It occurred to me that I had been very diligent about chronicling my cat Brewskie Butt’s virtual travels around the world, but had not been at all diligent about chronicling my own travels. Guess I should say something about the fact that I am in Las Vegas right now.

Vegas is not really my kind of town, to be honest. It seems to me like a lot of gaudy and superficial trappings with a lot of people trying to be something they are not. I love to travel and I enjoy visiting different places, but Vegas has never really been on my list of places I wanted to visit. So why am I here?

I am attending the Licensing International Expo, learning all the ins and outs about the business of licensing artwork. Basically, I am exploring the possibility of licensing my artwork to develop products around my images. So far what I have learned is encouraging and it seems worth pursuing.

A year and a half ago, I posted a vision board here, and one of my visions was to explore licensing. It took me awhile to get around to it, but here I am.
