There are a number of back cats in the colony of cats with which I am intervening. I don’t know what the number is, but there are a bunch.
Black cats have a special place in my heart. I once had a black cat who was a beloved pet and companion. Superstitions endow these great creatures with unfair disfavor, which is truly unfortunate. Humans cause them more bad luck than they would ever cause us.
This drawing is #4 in my series of feral cat drawings of a colony of cats with which I am intervening. I am placing each drawing up for auction bids. The details are below.
